We’ve worked with many top-tier BPOs and Moderation agencies but for huge scale (by that we mean millions of ‘messages’ a month) we have 3 favourites. One skews heavily to marketplaces, another to moderator well-being and one to social networks. Although each can handle any industry or content type, they each have their specific strengths.

Our team started in this space so we have a close affinity to this area. If we take the UK for example, a huge amount of work has taken place within UK Government and beyond and we work with some of the key agencies that were involved in legislation.

If you are considering moderation (in the UK at least) and haven’t heard of the DSA or OSB, you need to learn about them and quick! Regulation is changing fast and Governments around the world are starting to impose their will on industry. Our favourite Ai platform suppliers include regulation and compliance features as standard and can massively help you get ahead and reduce risk in this area.

One great example is Checkstep, a three-year-old platform with a solid set of compliance features, Ai marketplace and moderation UI. Definitely worth a look.

• Ai-centric

You may not need compliance tools - just the Ai intelligence aspect, so we have you covered there too. We can recommend suppliers who just provide the clever bits to make moderation easier and automate where possible to reduce volumes.

• UI only

Building on above - you may only need the user interface for your moderators and there are some great tools in this area too. You simply provide your own moderation processes and Ai if needed.
